Construction Update
It’s exciting to report that construction activities related to the drainage project are ramping up with an expected groundbreaking to be Wednesday, November 5th, weather dependent.    We will be closing the front 9 to golfers beginning Wednesday, November 5th as well.  Golfers will be able to play 9 holes on the back 9 for the remainder of the 2025 golf season.  We are incredibly excited to begin this effort and will be posting updates on our Instagram page throughout the project.  We hope you will follow us to enjoy the progress reports from this transformational project.

Harvest Fest Wrap Up: Another Huge Success and Fun for All   

On Sunday, October 26th, Brookline celebrated it’s fourth annual Harvest Fest on the golf course property.  Over 3,500 people attended this free, fun event.  The day included crafts and activities for the kids, live music, food trucks, farm stands and local artisans. We received extremely positive from both attendees and vendors. One of the highlights was the Grand Opening of the trails through Putterham Woods, including a spooky zombie-filled Trick-or-Treat Walk.  The trails of Putterham Woods are now zombie-free and available for all to enjoy.

Hemlock Grill Announces Winter Closure

Hemlock Grill has announced that it will be closed for regular lunch and dinner service from December 1st to March 1st in 2026.  Once there’s snow on the ground, there is simply not enough foot traffic to justify keeping staff and inventory on hand. That said, Hemlock is still booking parties and private events for the month of December.  Some December dates are still available and Hemlock is great place to host your holiday party.
